Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
1.1. Egis Szymon Krzempek, based at ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino 412, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, NIP 5472098115, operates an apartment rental service under the name Stay&Rest Apartments.
1.2. Booking an apartment constitutes the Guest’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1.3. These terms and conditions define the rules for booking, payment, use of the apartments, and the rights and obligations of Guests.
1.4. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Polish law.

2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, by email, or through booking platforms.
2.2. The full amount for the stay must be paid at the time of booking.
2.3. All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, the reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2.4. If the Guest fails to arrive at the apartment on the agreed date, the payment is non-refundable.
2.5. Guests may not transfer their reservation to another person without prior consent from Stay&Rest Apartments.

3. Apartment Use Rules
3.1. The check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
3.2. Smoking and hosting parties are strictly prohibited in the apartments.
3.3. The Guest is obliged to take care of the apartment and its furnishings and to leave it in the same condition as on check-in.
3.4. Any damage or destruction of the apartment or its equipment caused by the Guest must be reported immediately and may be subject to financial compensation.
3.5. The apartment may only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the booking. Unregistered persons may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking without a refund.

4. Complaints
4.1. Any comments regarding the apartment’s condition should be reported immediately upon discovery so that Stay&Rest Apartments can take appropriate action.
4.2. Complaints will be handled within 14 days from the date of submission.

5. Personal Data Protection
5.1. The personal data controller of the Guests is Egis Szymon Krzempek.
5.2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of booking and providing services in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Final Provisions
6.1. Stay&Rest Apartments reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those behaving aggressively toward staff.
6.2. All disputes arising from the execution of these terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts competent for the company’s registered office.
6.3. These terms and conditions come into effect upon publication and remain valid until further notice.
